Top territory’s have big Migraine specialist clinics in their territory’s, the reps did nothing ,but get all the credit, the areas are Phoenix, Buffalo, Chicago, Texas , Michigan, Minny, Ohio, Albany NY
The state of TN is in the shitter.

Now that they have recycled the Northera marketer over to migraine, I’m sure we will see a huge surge (in BS programs, not revenue)

Meridian sales force - every rep - has been Required to complete 3 speaker programs by the end of the year, this directive came in June-July, No offices want to do programs and no doctors want to go out to restaurants in the evening currently. Crazy that Lundbeck makes this mandatory for their Meridian reps.
You have reps currently now just doing programs to do it , even if there’s no benefit .

You can’t be serious when you say reps are doing programs just to be doing them!! Please say it isn’t true! What a moron.

Yep, it’s true , reps don’t even care
if it’s beneficial, they just want to
    check the box.

Why would that make any difference ?
    Drs don’t care about that

    when they lower the price

Oh, they will lower the price for the government with Trump’s EO going into effect in 30 days. They will do the same for the psych drugs and Northera if they want to sell to the government. You can bet This is not the end of the assault on the drug industry. More price controls will be put into place. Also, technology will play even a bigger part on what is prescribed. Lundbeck thinks it’s the year 2000. Share of voice is still the #1 way to sell in the 21st century. I am sure when buggy whip salesmen saw their first car, they thought that would never replace them.

A good rep can still make the sale. If the doctor wants it, there’s a way to get it.

‘Absolutely! Since I have been in the industry, I have never have one of my providers say there were any obstacles whatsoever in getting one of my drugs! Every patient has always, always been able to get any drug I have ever sold, regardless of managed care coverage! Insurance coverage be damned! I have seen my docs literally fall on their knees begging patients to get their prescriptions filled just to help me!

Good to hear. Otherwise I’m paying you 30k a year to do nothing.

Is everyone hitting their Vyepti quota so far after the 1st month in Trimester 1 ?
Goals seem to be pretty aggressive in this covid environment and with terrible insurance coverage ?

I had to work pretty hard, but hit it.

When will we get contracting or better insurance coverage ?
And how does marketing expect us to sell as the 1st line CGRP (clinical conviction)
when insurances mainly only cover Vyepti after another CGRP has failed 1st ?
Its like marketing doesn't speak with the managed care dept ??
