Training here was a joke.

 

Was or is?

 

Is, the kid isn’t really the trainer. It was ran by the adults. We get all the emails from the kid and it was ran by others with Marty and Clay whispering in the back while Dena ran it.

 

MD disrespectful, no surprises there. He wants DC’s job.

 

The kid, Dena’s son, just isn’t cut out for this. That decision was a career move that DC made for CT. Good move for family but a bad move for the company. How can he be taken seriously?????

 

Clay was great in training. I recently went through training and can only say I thought is was great. Clay and all the trainers really helped all of us. These posts are just lies.

 

Clay is a great trainer. This is someone just hating.

 

All this complaining. I want to know why we didn’t have that beautiful new trainer when we were in training? Clay is a lucky man.

I recently went through the training class. It was a really good training program. Clay did a great job and Alyssa to. Marty was great but he didn’t run the entire class. He was only there for like 2 days. Why all the hating?

 

So what if the NSD helps with training and the VP of sales so odd someone attacking that. Wonder why???

 

Who is the VP of training on the WHC team? Just asking after reading previous post. Our team has Peter who is it on your team?

 

There is no VP of training for either team. Glad your team has Peter!

 

You are right you have no training. Peter is a joke. Jamie is the real deal. Peter is a big talker. No substance. Fire Pete and prints Jamie. Why does Pete have anyone working for him he has done nothing.

 

Sounds like a job for HR oh wait where is HR?

 

Isn’t Marty and Deana the National and vp of training? We all know Clay isn’t running it with his mommy over his shoulder.

 

Well Clay your mama bear days are over. They real training is coming in. Sanofi is taking over now. No protecting you anymore. Peter will be either running your show or running you out. Can’t say we didn’t all worn you all.

 

Clay hold your head high. Seems like your trainees doing just fine. Business is growing on whc so reps must be learning something. And you started your career at where? Avion yes that’s right. Good job Clay.
