There won’t be any in Coag because they wouldn’t have a sales force left. 6 reps gone since this time last year on a small force. 4 open territories which won’t be filled anytime soon. One girl left after 8 months!!

Note to Sr. management: if you want to stop losing reps, pay them what they’re worth. People leaving for $40k salary increases is embarrassing, CSL is the lowest paying company in rare disease by a mile. Especially in Coag where they’re (normally) working about every weekend from March to October

The ones who are still there are being payed what they're worth. The ones who left weren't. Here's a fact...They aren't giving you a raise. They have been one of the lowest payers in the rare disease space for 20 years, that's not changing. Period. It's a nice stop for 2-4 years, then it's time to move on, this is what all the good reps have done.

What's happening is that the reps are complacent. They are getting paid less and trying to work less. Right now management is pushing reach and frequency and busy work. Eventually people will get sick of it thinking if CSL mining to big pharma then they will have to look at salary. A bunch of us are staying as it's easier for right now but looking for the next jump.. we are keeping each other posted and making one big leap when the right opportunity comes.. let's be honest, CSL is just a starting point to the next rare disease job.. everytime acting like we are some big deal, makes me laugh as marketing is so far behind understanding what we need
