GSK's Growth Future?

Why does GSK stock continue to languish? It's been stuck for at least 15 years!

What is R&D doing differently to make new drugs? Reorganizations every 3 to 5 years, cutting programs and projects, eliminating long time employees and expertise, all work against success.

What is going on what the oft spoken of spinning off of Consumer and/or ViiV? Is this really going to happen or just talking points from upper, upper management? If it's going to be done, get on with it.

When will GSK stop making promises that are not delivered? The company is complacent from the top down, with focus on maintaining dividend payments to keep major stock holders (pension plans) in the UK happy.
