The SE RD doesn't support team or want to work. He is repeatedly asked to ship samples from an "open territory" storage unit down the street from his house to 2 open territories within his region that are constantly requesting samples. His response to his reps on a conference call was "that would be like having a full time job and I won't do it" He said since the reps are already working in the field/storage units that the reps should be sending samples to the open territories in the region.
