Stop playing game and give us our goals/comp

    OK Merz. These pods and webinars have frankly been a joke. I know you’re trying and I appreciate that. But it’s time to let your reps know how you’re going to pay them this quarter. You have markets opening up and markets closed. Let us fricking know what to expect. You’re a sales organization with SALES REPS. We deserve to know what compensation to expect and how to get it. You can’t expect us to try to sell all these packages without telling us how we’ll get compensated. It’s unrealistic and amateur. You can do better. Is the fact that we’re a family owned company what is holding us back? Our competitors don’t seem to have this problem.

    So, are we getting laid off, or what??? And, yes, it is bc it is family owned, and crooked. They hide their money and their law team is too powerful to sue, in case they don't upkeep promises.

    They prefer you quit. It is a cheaper option than paying severance.

    A lot of you are sitting on gold. “Qui Tam? “ I wish that was my department. I would retire. Xeomin is literally sitting on shelves even before C19. In response to the prior question at hand, yes, it is because we are a private company and do not have public shareholders. We can’t be bailed out,We are kind of stuck. That is the worst thing about working for a privately owned company, IMO. Some of you are sitting on gold and don’t even know it.
