Bombs are a dropping within sales force!

As the year comes to a close and individuals assess their positions, bombs will soon be dropping. Some big names of long standing producers will soon be moving on. Some will announce retirement and others moving for greener pastures due to poor compensation. This to be a expected by management and follows the company’s plan to reduce individual compensation via segmentation and capitation.

 

Two down, three more coming over next few weeks. Poor compensation and lack of leadership seems to be the common denominator.
