Can anyone provide information on this company? Good place to work? What about the Texas manager?

This place has only 3 managers. So most of the time you are on your own. New central manager so not sure how he will work

Regarding new Central Manager, I will fill you in how that will work out for you.

Justin is an absolute clown and can’t be trusted. I would AVOID him at all costs. You have been warned. Inept, inexperienced or green and zero ability to lead.

I’ve talked to someone on his team, and they’re already looking for another job after 3 weeks of him. They said he’s a know it all, yet has no experience. I didn’t apply for a position based on this feedback.

    Yup, that sounds about right.

Justin is certainly dynamic and not in a good way.

At Biofrontera, no one liked him. His management style is give you a bunch of busy work, and then run to his boss to show them what he’s doing. No of it helped his team move business. Feel bad for his new team. They’ll be doing paperwork for the sake of doing paperwork.

Shame on this company for hiring him.

I think he has 9 months of sales experience. They will move on from him within 12 months, any takers?

If you are talking about J Alderson then you are wrong about his sales experience as I just looked him up and he has over 3 yrs experience working for Biofrontera- a German based dermatology drug & device company. He won rookie of the year and territory manager of the year back to back. He could be a total ass and not have any real managing experience as he didn't manage for them long before making the jump to DermTech. He may have that rep mentality rather than team concept style. He could be the worst mgr in the world but let's now stretch the truth about his sales experience as he has done well when he was the rep.

I was at BF, his buddy and Manager both worked his territory. He wasn’t a great rep, he was mediocre at best. His major flaw was that he was constantly bragging on his accomplishments, in doing so he exposed himself showing how mediocre he really was.

    Nice try, Justin.

I was told not to go for one of the positions by 2 separate dermatologists, strictly because of their hate for Justin. They said they won’t use anything that guy is involved with, even if I was the rep. Both said Biofrontera was going to fire him, and he’s not allowed in their offices anymore. Good luck to whomever he hires.

Yes, not really sure I have met anyone that likes the dude. Trying to be open minded, but he comes on very very strong.

Please... dude has only been there a matter of weeks. No chance anything has been able to happen in that timeframe. You must be one of the eliminated or furloughed from Mass!

how is the PLA accepted at the individual offices? Does the ancillary staff respond well to the test, lastly any insurance issues? I'm currently interviewing and this looks like an awesome product. Thank you very much!

Stay away....only way to do well here is to have a paid doc doing a bunch of them. Only 4-5 people actually making bonus here.

Yes, that is what we tried to tell you. However folks were scolded for sharing disbelief on his hire. Sorry for being accurate on the dude from day #1. How is your blind faith and optimism on the clown working for you now?

I’m so glad he’s not my manager. I know his whole team hates his guts, and are sick of him taking credit for any success. He just has to one up everyone too. Great hire said no one who truly knows him.
