As a salesperson do you often ponder what the hell am I still doing here? This place sucks.

 

Any remaining morale among the sales force is circling the drain : very high expectations / very low compensation = no bueno. Absolutely no clue on how to reward & acknowledge talented people

 

What ? You don’t like having to work harder with more pressure to make less $$. ?
