Point proven. Using terms you don’t know in order to sound smarter (maybe less dumb) than you are.

way to bring value to those 3 waves you got. Nicely done. You are the epitome of value.

It's amazing how assholes just want to be assholes. It would be nice if you just took a break at least for Christmas Eve.

I blame spell check but the facts remain the same. You dodging and darting the real issue just proves my point. Now go back to school and learn how to master the art of critical thinking.

Liar. Stop blaming spell check for your being a moron. Dissonance would not come up dissidents. You’re pathetic.

BI=BYE! You fuckers are way too impressed with yourselves. I met a rep in Flint, MI and in a two minute conversation, she included the term “specialty rep” 23 times. I get it: you sample a pulmonologist or two.

Whoa lots of intense hatred and venom leeching from this thread, which shows that people are truly nervous. Truth does hurt.

J&J has been downsizing on Invokana for years, nothing new
AZ had a larger sales force (probably a 2-3 rep per BI territory)
Novo had 2 pcp reps in every territory and a specialty rep and an obesity sales force (granted the obesity sales force had much larger territories thus no downsizing in that division)

So always realistic not overly confident. The potential problem at BI: Cardio no longer sells Pradaxa and the average cardio territory is doing maybe 50-100 rx per quarter from cardiologist. The Jardiance launch of cardio has to be big enough to sustain a cardio sales force. If it isn't then there could be a problem. At this point BI will roll out launch and give it a year. So the company will see what sales are like after covid and cardio launch. Reorg, if any, probably Q4 21 or early 22.
Totally agree on savings, this job is a year to year contract basically...and that my friends is the reality.

Yes, I would agree with many of your points, but don’t forget Lilly’s voice. I would say when you add them the voice would be equal in numbers to pre AZ. But then again the co promote causes an interesting catch 22. It makes a downsize in diabetes more complicated. Downsizing of competition is never good for long term stability.

I would agree with 4th quarter. What I can see is larger territories where the rep calls and gets paid on targets only with a remote overlay. I think BI has learned some business is responsive to face to face and some is not (we have had a year of study now). Why waste time
and resources when there is zero impact. I think this will be zs new product to sell to pharma companies. They have great data to refine this concept

For example, I have not been in my territory in almost a year and my numbers are great. Why? Because I finally had a managed care win and my goals did not reflect it. Do I point this out to my manager. No. I tell her is is all the remote work I am doing. Lol

I definitely agree this is a year to year gig. Best of luck!

Excellent point regarding Lilly alliance. Many people don't realize we split Jardiance and Tradjenta 50/50 with Lilly. From what I heard we get proceeds from Basalgar (Lilly stopped promoting it so not sure how that works) but nothing from Trulicity. There is no doubt that each company is obligated to make a certain # of "details" for Jardiance which would seem to make it difficult for any large change to sales force.
Thank you for acknowledging that this job is complete luck of the territory
All the best for the New Year!
