I started off positive about the transition back to TR. After 2 days of sales academy it feels like a kick in the teeth. Technology is limited, 18% market share and they're happy about it, and we're already hearing grow, grow, grow and calls per day BS. What has this division been doing since launch? Yes I know about the pandemic, but we grew Ajovy despite. Yes, I'm glad to have a job, this just feels like a stop gap until they cut the whole division. 18%!!!!! WTF!!!!!!
Just be glad you were spared and have a job back in Respiratory. BTW, you primary care reps that moved back over where you belong didn't grow Ajovy and your right, it is just a stop gap until respiratory is done.
Yeah, I said I was happy to still have a job. You don't have to be a dick about it, someday you'll be in the same situation. TN is nowhere near as good as they think. No one is safe at Teva. I posted this to see if others had the same opinion, not to hear how cool you are.

All the good TN Reps left years ago. All that is left is primary care reps thinking they are specialty reps.
SP rep here...my call plan market share was 35% at the end of September. My TN counterpart market share was 22%.
Just an FYI to the poster calling people primary care reps....you’re beloved neuroscience division is now a primary care sales force. You sell a migraine Med. Not very specialized is it? It’s migraine. Not complicated, not a clinical sell.....it’s migraine losers. Push the samples and shut the fuck up.......who’s bringing lunch? Pathetic
