75 percent layoffs due to Covid

    So let me get this straight...your argument for bad leadership at Amgen were all the homegrown Amgen people who left, and your example of good leadership at Amgen is based on an Onyx guy who has also left the organization. Yeah. Solid logic there to support your argument.

    Ok even better logic...Amgen is so awesome, and such a a great place to work that we force out great leaders...which means we are not very smart and have a terrible culture...or Marc wasn’t all that great and smart himself, as you claim, and he deserved to be forced out.

    Which one you going with here as it has to be one or the other? And neither choice proves your point. You just keep stepping in it.

    I've been here for over 17 years...there is very little you are going to tell me of what goes on here. I am very aware of MM's situation. Doesn't change the logic here...

    McClung left bc they wanted to split his position in two and he didn't like what was happening with leadership above him. Mike nohaile was probably pushing for his wife to take a role and he didn't like that either. Now she left too. Good riddance. Sound like you think we can't pick up good people from acquisitions? Have an issue with onyx or something? I don't care how long you've been here. Even more reason why you're likely set in your old ways and don't like new people who have come here and replaced your folks. I wasn't born yesterday. I'm done talking about MM. He was good, I only mentioned him because it popped in my head. There's certainly better people here. And I'll stand by my statement that the company has retained and gained more talent. Now I'm seriously finished with your legacy annoying ass. We're not going to agree

    Remind me...how many Onyx people did we retain? It rhymes with zero. They all left. Heck, so many left we sued a small start up company in Boston in over it. That tells you all you need to know about the desirability of working at Amgen. Everyone has left or are leaving. Facts are facts. Convince me otherwise...

    Kristen Yarema was toxic and incompetent. Her husband gets paid a shit ton of money to do nothing. These Amgen McKinsey folks including the infamous JayChiang have no substance but are a bunch of smoke and mirrors hiding behind ivy league degrees.

    I’ve heard disparaging remarks from both Jay and Kristin when they were in the INBU that reps are over paid caterers. Aren’t they overpaid PowerPoint makers. I don’t see how they drive sales one bit. Just a bunch of big egos with no real world experience.

    Any ideas which BU is going to carry the new KRAS drug? What's the weighting and bonus structure going to look like? Asking for friend interviewing to backfill a position.
