All these contract companies seem to operate with this "cake" mentality. They want loyalty, but are not loyal. They want integrity, but they are unethical. Advice to all: move on from these places because they don't even pay you what you are worth, and you will surely suffer from having Amplity on your resume.
The company is worthy to those who are successful enough to remain employed. Do you not understand the concept of contract sales?
It's not sales. Results matter in sales. Pharma sales across the board is more of a political or public relations gig.
