From my understanding a lot of the top sales people/performers have left the company. Not saying that as a rude comment.

Hello Rat! Nice try, but a good rep hasn’t left in a while. Get your facts straight, the company is doing well in all geographies.

How do you determine the "top 4 reps"?

The 4 most productive reps are still in place so I'm curious as to what parameters you use to determine the top 4.

 

By looking at volumes. Pretty simple.

Very true point. They mess with reps numbers all the time. I'm surprised sales reps stay once they figure it out. It's all a game, I guess.

 

This place is a joke, definitely not growing. We stole federal money for Covid tests, promised to do 800,000 and we failed! Big time! Does management care? of course not, they don't even know what they're doing.

You're completely right! They've been scamming sales for years, that's why people leave. If you're not a favorite you just get screwed!

 

FB has been given more special treatment than every other TSM combined in the history of the company.

Most of his business gets layed in his lap as a gimme.

The trick is to give SY expensive gifts like pappy Vanwinkle $2000 bottle of liquor or pure bred dogs.
