Mike Ciaffi is a micro manger. Just say yes to everything he wants. Jumping on calls every week shows he's Micro Mike so that we call him M&M. Just tell him what he wants to hear and manage up to him. Your'll be fine then till you find your next job. No I live on EST going to bed soon sleep till 12noon as usual.

Mike's an idiot jumping on our conference calls and rambling on and embarrassing us. Jesus grow up. Talk to you Friday. Then we have marketing and training pulling stuff out of their A$$. Crazy stuff and they all kiss Suresh's A$$.

    I feel sorry for him.
Can you imagine trying to manage through all the mistakes SCILEX is making?

    • Purchase of 3rd party data is usually bad, but this is the worst we've ever seen. Call plans built on antiquated information. Providers have moved, died, retired and are in the call plan. And our writers are missing. A plan set up for failure from the start.
    • Demotivating POA. Absolutely NO energy. Training reviews of old information. Dry, tired (NEW?) visual aids. Constant off label discussions. Obvious that the market we are in is only known to the sales reps, and none of those that designed this new market campaign.
    • Sales goals derived from a campaign built on selling vs gabapentinoids is ridiculous. Look at the indications and what the gaba's are written for and try and stay on label. How is this compliant? In Q4 we finally had a simple call plan. Now there are idiotic new layers. And no-one would say anything on the call because of the way the reps that participated were treated when they did speak up.
    • Complete lack of understanding of how we have managed to succeed through all the constant changes. Relationships sell. This is COMPLETELY overlooked and disregarded.
    • In the downsizing we lost a lot of really good reps and managers. Don't blame COVID on who was let go from this company.
    • Expecting, even allowing, reps to work in the field during the pandemic not a choice the successful pharmaceutical companies are making. Talk about a law suit ripe for the picking.
Yes. I feel sorry Mike. Who could manage through this madness?

I dont know how thy an expect us to do our jobs, call on all these bogus new PCP targets, maintain and grow our current writers, WITHOUT DATA. and sales???? I don't care what Nicole has to say. SHE IS WAY OVER HER HEAD!!!!!!!!!!! And she doesnt communicate ANYTHING anyway! Just like Suresh. And to top it all off they are playing big brother and tracking what we do now? MOBILE LOCKER?????? What a mess.

This is so true Sumant, Brian, Mike, Suresh and Nicole are clueless. If Mike starts rambling on one more call I'm gonna disconnect by accident. Then we have all these total non compliant HO ideas. It's only a matter of time before someone calls.

So hilarious watching you imbeciles stumble through your pathetic careers. You're like the abused spouse who can't leave the destructive relationship. So pathetic

Stop blaming EVERYONE and EVERYTHING and just get out. This company will NEVER improve. Your ineptness to not only join this failure but then stay must have been made under dire and desperate circumstances. Blame nobody but yourself.

Mike's directive is to make this call plan work.
The Q2 call plan we get April 21st, 3 weeks into the quarter.
Expectation to reach 75%. Or else.
Stick to the plan with minimum interruption for the year, not because it makes good business sense, but because they spent a lot of money on it.
Lets see what everything thinks of their call plan.

    And the downfall continues.

Use to work with Mike C at Purdue. LOL...what a kiss-ass, dumbass and overly-confident district manager. One of the worst I worked with.

Its NOT Mike's fault....finger needs to be pointed at Nicole! Look at ALL the chaos she has started since she came here. I am sure Mike has tried to reason with that woman...but she is so full of herself and ALL her past experience she tells us about on every national conference call...

She has single-handedly made a mess of the situation here, and has way too much power than she deserves. Period.

I couldn’t agree more! We’ve had nothing but constant issues with targets, incorrect data, no data, and now this lame contest. She’s a joke!

MC is not the issue. If you're a rep still here - you are the problem

Nicole is playing chess with reps livelihood. She doesn’t understand how it actually is in the field. In order for her to be successful here she will need to work with reps to figure out what works well in their territory. Her job is currently on the line for underperforming as a COO. Can’t use outdated data and see if it sticks. We burned through so many relationships this way hoping to grow new business. I say next month will be checkmate for Nicole.

AGREED! But she should have been fired months ago. She is so full of herself and is destroying any sense of competence and belief we have had in this company. The morale here is at the lowest low. And now the #1 RBD in the company resigned! What does THAT say? He KNEW. He tried to tell her (and others) that what you are doing is not right! You cannot do these things to your salesforce! You need to communicate and NOT GET DEFENSIVE when someone asks you to be accountable!!!! She is just a POW that has waaay too much power like a precious poster said. She will NEVER GET THAT.

Checkmate next month is 6 months too late.
