The All Day Lie has been going on here in MN for years. It is a sea of IDN’s with no access. Been that way for 10 plus years. Lie lie lie.

Anyone who claims they work a full day in this job is a liar. No one ever has...unless it is a very unusual day. That goes for all companies. If you cannot pull great numbers working part time in this industry, you don't belong in it. This is not a hard job. Total part time gig and everyone that isn't lying knows it.

 

And if you think you have impact you are apart of the lie you tell yourself.

The 2021 plan will certainly include a monthly Teams call of HSBS heroes taking field ideas and making tall tales of their own Impact. Maybe the TBMs can try to make their own Impact on their teams - hey new ideas for the loser leadership team! Impact Everyone 2021 Get enemas ready cause we’re gonna need them after all of the job justifying Sales Leaders get done impacting us.
