timing? rep base? More importantly, how is IC? I don't care about TOT because I don't take much. What about 401k match? Still paltry 6%?

I would like to know more about the comp package and start dates. There are a lot of open territories and Incyte is new to derm so more info would be great.

This for the JAK inhibitor? Going to be a highly competitive space

It’s a topical jak. Is there a good market for topical jaks? Asking bc I don’t know not bc I am knocking it. Also, any insight into the comp package as it appears this company is new to derm.

I hate to be the annoying one and ask... “what are the car choices?”

Someone told me the salaries will be 130K+ but I haven’t heard that directly from the company

Salary is DOE. Max is 135k 3 weeks vaca, mid size car such as a Camry or Fusion. Bonus may be difficult at first as you must meet metrics to be eligible but producers will be happy. Looking for Derm Reps with experience in topicals with close Dermatology relationships. Most reps start is 110-125k. There is a pipeline here so it is someplace you can grow with. Biotech reps need not apply, as not your skill set this time. Hunter/killer time people so please apply online as these post. Thank you.

If you have to be best friends with the doctor to get them to write your drug, sounds like the drug isn’t that great to begin with.

That’s a huge salary for a topical. How many topicals are there for eczema? There must be dozens of generics too

Bad: topicals are hard to price to make money/generic world, no derm heritage, low salaries, hard to launch anything with Covid restrictions

Good: good takeover candidate so get your equity up there, small company that hasn't been infected with Amgen, Novartis, Abbie types yet - so the first couple years you will be invented to sell/earn. After that, look for big Pharma bone heads to infiltrate and implement selling models, coaching guides, all the BS that kills culture but grows activity

what is in the pipeline for dermatology other than rux? If the launch doesn’t go as they hope, will there be any solid derm products to fall back on? Seems risky to leave an established dermatology company for Incyte if rux is the only product. Anyone have good information on pipeline here?

It’s a cream for eczema, the 12,000 one. I’ll pass. Enjoy your Ford Fiesta .....

I second this question. Is the car really a Camry or fusion? No SUV at Incyte?

Does anyone have any new updates on this expansion? Curious if anyone has been contacted by a recruiter/phone screen or anything.
