High turnover and more to come

Anyone notice the high turnover already after the sales force expansion? More to come as many of these new reps figure out that what was promised in comp was full of lies to lure some of these people to join Caris.

How is the new AVP Blake? He pretty cool to work for?

 

Mike Sullivan and Derrick Jones is running things now. Yeah almost every new rep I have spoken with is looking for new opportunities. It's a very weird feeling right now. Comp plan is bad, and the culture is poor. I really hope the leadership team can improve things quickly.

 

I heard it was straight salary no commission, then some sort of quarterly bonus paid out that was the same across the board.

 

BW will lead us to the promised land.

BiG black eye on Caris sales leadership because customer service runs counter to sales and Sales Leadership has Zero impact on change.
Caris alienates customers as soon as they send a request because the client services department bugs the shit out of them. Sad.

 

Interesting board.... so quiet for so long. Everyone must be fairly happy.
