Agree! Sales organizations aren't usually overhauled when everything is going great!

A robot to place your block? EVERY cadaver lab we did put the tibia V/V off plan....cringey given the "sub-millimetric" messaging.

this is true. and if you’re a distributor that thinks you’re safe, you’re probably one of them that will be let go this year.

you don’t warn them unless you want to see destruction of the territory happen. Cmon now, that’s rookie knowledge right there. If your gonna do it you do it, you don’t spend the next few years trying to make up for what you wasted by warning them.

The changes have everything to do with a company in trouble. Beaten to the market by MAKO and failed to make a significant enough dent to ward off DePuy/S&N robots, while also watching MAKO placements exceed their own growth.

ZB leadership failed. They know it, we know it.

There was a now gone VP who recently who was hitting on a team of reps wifes, trying his best to one up the reps with his “game”. He was asked to never set foot in our area again and shortly after was gone. Zimmer is full of management just like this guy, I don’t trust anyone above me in this company.

You not being able to pipe your wife right isn’t a reason that recently departed folks would have to become whistleblowers. Again, the recently departed people have nothing. Just focus on getting the next job.

Laying pipe requires skill, expertise and EFFORT... Think about that!

. Always Damage control with your comebacks. Zimmer management obviously a complete disaster at this point. We didn’t get him fired, told him never to come back. How he got himself fired is on him. You think we are scared of you that’s another level of hilarious. I think about you during my morning poo. We apparently live in your head 24/7. Jealousy is not a way to live, if you want the money we make gonna have to stop kissing ass your whole life.

Zimmer Biomet is a company waiting to be purchased as they have now laid off over 1,000 corporate employees since the 2015 merger, 2019 restructuring, 2020 restructuring and the current 2021 restructuring. Brian and Ivan are only out for their fame and pocketbook and don't know how to grow the top-line of the company. So therefore they can only focus on the bottom line of the P&L statement by constantly laying off great people that "Do Know How To Grow The Business".

Sheesh. How do those balls taste? Just pay attention to the (lack of) top line growth that gets reported on 2/5. Then compare with Stryker (or anyone else), over the past 3 years. Mgmt will lean hard on the ‘rona impact, but this is true for everyone. Losing share, losing talent, no pipeline and Mgmt just looking to sell and get paid (which will never happen).

Medtronic here we come! Who else could it be? It’s not another hip and knee company for sure. We are 100% being sold and frankly it will be a good thing.
