Being able to innovate is what Arjo needs. It is not by closing R&D centers but rather investing in it. They prefer investing their energy in hiring control freak GM.The only innovation you'll see from Sigouin is about how she can look good while losing her staff credibility.

You bet , Sigouin stupid idea to go into chair business is a real joke. There can't be more basic products. What's the next step? Selling spoon and knives?! The only outcome you can have is low margins.

I left Arjo last year as I felt management never really care about what customers think. It was a constant struggle to get something done. Reps are squeeze betwen reaching targets and marginal support. Sigouin appears to be unaware or simply doesn't care.

If passion is a true Arjo value, not believing in our customers goals is totally contradictory. You can't be truly passionate in improving people life while sucking every possible $ out of them at the same time. Sigouin true passion is about herself and herself only. Arjo will go nowhere with such an unethical manager.

Yet, hard questions need to be answered, are you ready for it Anne? What will your boss think ? MORE to come...

Sigouin is not wise enough to process complicated situations, so she pretends to be in control. Being fake is what Sigouin is all about.

Ask not what you can do for Arjo, but what you can do for Sigouin.

JFK had to deal with the cuban missile crisis, while we must deal with Sigouin. Two serious threats to us.

The missile crisis last less longer.

Today I have a dream that Arjo reps will one day live in a company where they will not be judged by the color of their brown noses in but by the content of their work. I have a dream today!

She knows about segregation and red lining. Around her cycle, brown noses writing nice 360 reviews. Outside this red circle, disposable employees.

Sigouin lead Arjo in turning it into a greedy arrogant company. She is the living example of greed. Lindoff should investigate what went on.

It is much worse than losing market share, the outcome being elderlies not getting proper care. Sigouin crystallized an abrupt value shift, Arjo lost its soul, since then we were never what we used to be. Remember one important thing in your life Anne: Don't do harm to others, you did it the most fragile of us.

At least we can say Sigouin was outcome driven... affecting negatively people life, that's what she kkeep doing in her career.
