Anyone know what products will be promoted in this division that Syneos is recruiting for?

Any idea what this role would approximately pay salary + base?

They are looking for 5+ years experience in pharmaceutical sales. I have 10.

 

Big Pharma all the way. Pay will be middle of the road. Call
Metrics and micromanagement will be rampant. Product is good but has will have heavy competition from SGLT class products already being sold by JNJ and AZ. A job at a time when jobs are scarce so not discounting the opportunity but if you are looking for an entrepreneurial environment look elsewhere. Good luck!

Direct hire. Syneos is just recruiting because it is a large expansion.

Noticed they are hiring two reps for what should be one territory max based on access issues (Pre-COVID). Might be tough to hit the magic number of expected calls per day, but I think everyone has figured out how to make it look pretty then go do your job as needed.

 

Has anyone interviewed with the Bayer Manager yet?

 

they don't start until the middle of February and won't be doing interviews until March.

That definitely seems high especially for a specialty role. I would think that realistically the specialty positions that will be offered would be a base above 120k and a bonus structure above 35k.
I do not work for Bayer, But I am interested in a specialty cardiorenal position.

 

Oncology base /bonus isn’t even. 160/15 k per quarter
