There are numerous reps getting ready to accept offers from Urovant. Territories will dwindle in head count and will likely be consolidated or eliminated. Keep an eye out for the beginning of 2021.

I am inclined to grant your comment about a reorg substantial merit, but not because of Urovant offering people jobs. HR not posting any PCP jobs nationwide since June is the bigger indicator of a reorg coming. We may be seeing how many Urovant snags before we finalize cuts. They will save us a lot of severance pay. Further cuts needed will be effective March 30.

There are many Astellas positions posted on LinkedIn.

Only one PCP spot in Boston. More empty unposted PCP spots nationwide. 1 is not "many".

Agreed that not posting PCP positions is a red flag. I also agree that Urovant converts could speed up the realignment/reorg. We’ll see soon enough

Come back in 6 months and let us know it’s working out for you. Don’t and I repeat don’t trust a certain West Coast Director. If he asks you to do anything off-label, turn him in. Just ask us Texas reps how he operates!!

The email from our CEO and then Steve basically lays it out there that they will be cutting headcount. It all but says it.

Yes sireee, manager said she is getting same impression at their level, way too many open spots, open for way too long. Some of my teammates are still drinking the kool aid and are certain the emails mean we will expand for Fezo.

A lot of Ted Cruz fans at this company. This man is despicable for what he caused. You know who you are too. You’re a fucking moron publicly praising a seditious person like that.

And yet no criticism of Pelosi and the billions in damages she caused, loss of lives, and burning down of cities, by her promoting racism all summer - strange

Careful, criticizing liberalism at Astellas is grounds for termination. Perci and his Woke Executive Team (WET) is no longer tolerating it. We have no rights here.

Are you stupid. No really. You must be. I’m a republican and Pelosi has nothing to do with “promoting racism” or any of that nonsense you’re babbling about. What the F are you talking about? Do you even know that Pelosi is a Democrat you dum dum. You must be one of those ill-informed latinas for Ted Cruz lmao. In case you haven’t noticed you idiot, even republicans are avoiding people like Cruz and Hawley like the plague.

Someone tried warning you earlier. Be careful of who you publicly align yourself with. God the people here are so embarrassing.

Looks like the mass exodus fizzled out. This will mean the coming reorg exodus will be more painful for more people.

Been on linked in looking at their people there. Very few have OAB experience, they are not a threat, good luck seeing docs without any relationships during this pandemic.

Take a peek at Health system folks too, it is frightening the lack of experience. For some reason they fly under the radar, but produce literally nothing.

Hold on, are we talking about their health system people, or ours?
