Most were happy commission cut and expanding like a widget co not anymore. Talking heads no experience like pg and ec get in way of success. Replace dudebros or fail.

bad decision after another trying to run oncology like their widget divisions is right. Plans for company look like pharma and myriad had a baby. Like their trying to fail. Ass of too many subpar fools showing.

Yah it’s disappointing that this didn’t turn out due to California leaders

Good company to start in sales and stay a few years. Join the obgyn division. They don’t know what they’re doing in cancer care.

People being honest describing company in these posts. Outstanding group in sales. Problems at vp and up have no qualification except thinking they know it all.

Say yes or keep mouth shut and you’ll get ahead here. Tell truth and you won’t last.

100%. Also doesn’t hurt to be a FOS.

Just ask Philbro or Soloman. You don’t need experience just hug it out with Steve.

Onc is a train wreck. Mostly due to under-qualified managers who have been put in their roles because they’re either a FOS or FOP

most reps in this division get out once they realize leadership is actually a bunch of ass clowns who don't know anything about the specialty, how to effectively manage, and how to keep their mouth shut. Great to build your portfolio but the poor culture and values will make it short-lived. Met great reps who have all moved on for the most part.
