Very poor leadership. The President was a Director on Payor team and was promoted to something she has absolutely zero experience doing. She reached this level not by performing in her role, it was her personal relationship with the leader of the UK parent. Horrible public speaking skills and when asked tough questions you get the deer in headlights and the response is usually laughably bad. She has zero experience in executive leadership and very little leadership skill at all. This company has made a fortune for Bracco and PE before this, yet the pay is substandard, benefits mediocre at best, no pay increases despite record sales. That’s right, best sales ever in tough conditions but no salary increases at all for employees. We were told to be thankful you did not get laid off. It is only a matter of time before Bracco takes complete control. I feel for Nick and others in how they were treated by the recent organizational change. Handled very poorly overall with talking points that were poorly communicated. Competitive environment is coming....success has been achieved because of sole market position but now that is coming to end. If you work here consider what the future holds....if you are interviewing for a position think hard about joining. Look past the recruiting efforts to get you to take the job and do your research. Be informed.

Several PSMA products are coming. Ditto on leadership comment.

the competition is gaining everywhere it is launching in and I have a stupid reaction piece that literally shows PSMA is better. Threw them in the garbage as it is a complete waste. Marketing has suffered since TS left. Sites are calling customers to switch, they don’t see as as leaders in this space as much as our leaders brag about it.

we are more expensive, have transportation costs added and no rebate to off set. Oh yeah, and we instituted a price increase to start the year.

all we hear on our town hall calls is how wonderful things are going and we are the gold standard in imaging. But I cannot compliantly say any of these things to a customer. Stop using language we cannot say to customers. Next year will be a blood bath.

leadership…. Has no clue how to run this business. Ums and ahs in every other sentence. They wave their Pom poms and tell you we cant lose. People are leaving for a reason. Everyone should be looking at this point.

Molecular Imaging Specialists? Medical Science Liaisons? Strategic Accounts? Patient Access? I know we have them but do they do anything besides shout out to each other and blunder their way through conference calls?

And new guidelines being issued for PSMA that sets up not having to do traditional imaging as a first step to access product. Where was the medical team presence over the last five years to talk to these people and work to have the same situation for us. Bella is running circles around Stephen. Wish we had him running things for us. Where is this collaboration and partnership he keeps talking about? Blah blah blah

Thursday call? A joke.. Leadership here is so bad. Higher priced, no pass thru, no guidelines, more transportation fees, no decent marketing pieces to combat PSMA and delay after delay with PSMA…look at the position they have put us in…Does anyone really believe we can compete?

Another Townhall and another look how great we are call. The issue isn’t the benefits. The issue isn’t the pay and rewards. Yes, we know you work to do right by people and We do give you credit for that. The issue is you leadership team. You are so slow to respond to any need or market condition. No strategy at all to save what we are doing with Axumin and in the meantime my customers are fleeing our brand for competition. We knew PSMA was coming for years and nothing was planned or ready for it. You are not strategic. You are completely tactical. How will we launch a PSMA into this market with a team like this steering the ship and we are third to market. You need to know that there is general lack of faith in all of you. That is the issue and why people will end up leaving. So do the cheerleader calls all you want, but look at what you are doing, how you are working together, and be strategic. Get us what we need. Tell us the vision in how we survive next year. Give us things to be credible in front of our customers. Hold teams accountable that need to be held accountable. Get executive coaching and consultants to help you. You need it as you are not as good as you think you are.
