    Could you possibly add on any more new metrics and mags on us? You’ve officially turned into big brother and changed everything about why I joined this company just a few short years ago. Whoever is spearheading all of these new initiatives, metrics and expectations is giving BI incredibly bad advice. You are pushing good TMs out the door and it’s obvious you no longer trust or respect any of us.

    Completely out of control. Micromanaging culture, IC cut to 70% payout even at 100% achievement .The best manager leaves after 10 years and gets out .
    Equine nation is a disaster with hostile and abusive management. 10 plus complaints to HR about 1 manager and nothing ! Still there terrorizing the team.
