Rumor is Ammon is in trouble. Rep looking to jump ship blabbed of huge volume hit in tox work and little volume in covid testing. Anyone heard the same?

Spoke with 2 ex-employees today. Told lab is a complete mess. Owners compliance crazy due to major audits!

 

Heard that owners are hiding assets in another state.

 

Another $207,000+ paid to NJ for overpayment. Had to pay this back over 12 months, Ammon is cash starved at the moment. NJ should look deeper into Ammon and their $144/claim for drug testing.

 

They are billing $144 for a drug test?

Heard from an outside auditor that the DOJ uses that the hammer is about to drop on "The Ammon Foundation Years". Not CMS, but DOJ & IRS criminal.

Ammon got a Covid bailout loan of $ 2.5 MILLION in May 2020, what a scam. They are Overcharging for Covid Tests and now it comes to light they took a loan that should go to others?
