    Days before Christmas and here you are obsessing and complaining on social media about the accomplishments of others, instead of reflecting on your own failure and inability to achieve anything close to that level of success. I’m sure she’s very busy this time of year, but try to get through to Dr. Laura. Perhaps she can help you with your feelings of inadequacy.

    Let's see...high turnover, union issues, poor base pay, litigation of all types, ...yes some leadership changes would seem in order.

    They are already doing that and have done it for awhile. Hard to move up when leadership thinks bringing people in from the outside is better than promoting from within. They fall in love with certain companies and bring in people from those places.

    What?? Thanks for proving how stupid you are! Here, I am telling you that the CHUMP Moler DOES NOTHING, and you are boot-licking that chump claiming that he has had a level of success that I am unable to achieve?? You bozo! I am super-accomplished in Bioinformatics as proven by MY track record in the field, and worked in world-class places BEFORE I got to Quest Diagnostics (under the demi-gods of Bioinformatics).

    At Quest Diagnostics, I AM A TOP PERFORMER and have delivered unparalleled results. Moler and your other chump directors stand on the shoulders of people like me and STEAL credit. They contribute NADA. THIS is the reason why I think that I fully qualify to criticize that low-breed Moler and his personal boot-lickers that call themselves Directors and Senior Directors of Bioinformatics.

    Show me ONE qualified Director or Senior Director of Bioinformatics at Quest Diagnostics! None of the bozos actually even have a day's training in Bioinformatics, but got promoted to those roles for just sitting around the company for decades. One bozo Senior Director of Bioinformatics talks about 'densities of computers' (LOL!) and the other chump is an ecologist by training. Are you kidding me??

    Get this - NOT ONE OF YOUR CHUMP DIRECTORS IS HIREABLE TO ANY ORGANIZATION OUTSIDE QUEST DIAGNOSTICS. Moler recently tried going to Roche (I have personal connections there in management and know this happened for a fact), and they turned him down (that job went to a peer at my level in my previous organization).

    Moler did not have a job for a year before he got to Quest Diagnostics after he was let go from GE Healthcare as a Senior Manager. Is that the level of accomplishment that you speak about?? Disgusting!

    Oh, btw, Bioinformatics has ZERO future at Quest Diagnostics. I am on my way out now, to a FAR BETTER organization, as a Senior Manager. I also have sufficient clout in the field (for someone that you think hasn't accomplished anything in the field) and was able to convince several qualified peers and acquaintances of mine in Bioinformatics to not consider Quest Diagnostics, because they'll be managed by your chump directors of Bioinformatics here.

    Yeah, one thing that I have noticed in Bioinformatics at Quest - heavy, worthless, under-qualified boot-lickers.

    Why do people like you who clearly understand nothing about the field or space 'think' that you qualify to offer your worthless suggestions about people's accomplishments in their career?

    You are definitely someone who got to where you did in your sad, pathetic under-accomplished career by kissing the behind of your manager. People like you are equally dangerous because you will continue to stand in the way of progress and much-needed change. You should be let go, and should never be hired to any civilized organization. Until then, keep sweeping the floors of your managers with your tongue. That is all you are capable of. But please, don't judge someone else's career based on your pathetic under-accomplished career.

    "Stupid is as stupid does" great movie by the way. This thread has solved nothing except demonstrate how ignorant some can be during a time when we should be coming together. Negativepharma has turned into just a bashing and thrashing like all media outlets, with zero credibility, merit or accuracy. Freeman....really...still going back decades to the "good ole days" old news. I wish you all peace, and hope you find it someday....oh wait here comes the next comment thrashing this comment and so on and so on. It will never end and those that like to invoke negativity will continue to do so. Read every company blog on here....its all about complaining about someone, who did this, or did that, or what I did not get.....no one uses this site for any credible information, just selfish pleasures that somehow make "you" feel empowered for a second at the expense of someone else. Selfish is the right word. So let's hear it....bring more negativity....shout it out....it will go nowhere but in a blog...with no results.

    Don't confuse negativity and facts. Facts such as some listed earlier in this thread are accurate. Some facts can be positive and other facts negative. In this case the negative facts seem to outweigh the positive.

    Saw where we won some 100 Best Places to Work Award....what a joke. No one sent me a survey . Same with others in my district.
