    Good news Habib,

    I have it on good authority that the 40 or so employees left accept the reverse split as the final act of desperation of a failed leadership team and are waiting their turn to be laid off or sold off.

    Karma Bankruptcy in 12 months

    Why would RC sell while ha can continue a 2M+ compensation package for a mediocre performance?
