I’ve set up speaker programs with some of my DME offices. The speaker programs are a waste of money and time. Unbelievable!!!!

Not if the speaker being paid is from your territory.

Bad that reps are being forced to do programs when there is not a true business need. Tired of being told to get it done or else and then asking the offices for favors. This will not grow the biz. Such a sham.

Reps leaving right and left. I’ll be gone as soon as I find the right fit. The industry knows what a s show MYLAN is. Just had a recruiter reach out and he shared with me that he has spoken to several MYLAN reps looking to get the hell out of here. The speaker programs are an Absolute waste of time and money.

This place is toxic. The micro managing has to stop. Bring on the lay offs.

If my manager calls me one more time to ask where I am, it is going to get ugly.

Just faked another virtual today. The HCP did not show. I have had more cancellations. It’s a waste of time.

Submit fake programs into Vector to meet the time deadline and then reschedule and reschedule and reschedule.

✅. This is what we do. Give em what they want. If it’s 6 calls give em 7. Haha it is one big lie. You cannot have a high level of integrity and feel good at what you do each day. Almost feels a bit fraudulent.

Crazy that the DM had to remind us of speaker programs to be in ASAP on Jan 19. Is that the only way DMs keep their job, by how many times a speaker can be paid? Disgusting. We reps are doing this bullshit for you managers and not necessarily for the good of our business. Would like to hear how many new RX came from attendees rather than speakers.

My micromanaging DM wants five speaker programs this quarter. What a joke. Unbelievable!! He just wants to look good in front of his boss who is fairly new at her job.

Just put some make-believe speaker programs in and then let your DM know that they were all canceled!!!

They were sued for retaliation under the false claims act for retaliation against an executive who was a whistleblower at another company prior to joining Mylan. Because they fought this lawsuit, they were responsible for case law (precedent) that now exists stating that a company who was not the target of a whistleblower suit can be sued for retaliation. This outcome was a big win for whistleblowers who move on to another company and are retaliated against by their new employer once their name is unsealed.

As far as making reps do extra admin work. That is an exercise that forces the reps to ensure a smooth transition once they are let go.

Mylan senior leadership run the company as though it is a privately owned and run corporation. They have raided the company to the point that it is worthless. Why has the government not made an example of the highest level executives for price fixing yet? It has been years now. At Mylan we learn that fighting the government is much better than not fighting them. The only executives who got in trouble were those from the company who did not fight the government. The government does not have the resources to fight big Pharma because all of the government attorneys want to work for the law firms who represent these corporations after they leave their government jobs.

what you have to do is look to see how many HCP’s they paid to attend speaker training over the last several years vs how many of those paid and trained were actually utilized. You may notice that many were paid and trained but never used. They should have been removed from the speaker bureau over the last couple years if they were not utilized. If they were not used but continue to be paid and trained to speak every year then that becomes an illegal kickback.
