I don't want to say there are a lot of recordings out there of Scotty and Warren running their mouths, but those two like to hear their own voices more than DJT

To your lawsuit- And the CRFA still leaves room for business-owners to sue for defamation in cases where a customer, or even a rival or disgruntled employee posts false negative reviews or false claims online. "Nothing prohibits a business from suing a customer for defaming them, for saying something false that damages the business,"

Good try, Scotty, but you aren't an attorney like you aren't a real CEO.

WHISTLEBLOWERS, are protected by federal law. So as much as you might like to get back at the smart, brave individuals & HCP who have turned you in, they'll have your house and boat soon.
Whistleblowers can safely report fraud and file a qui tam case. Those who file qui tam lawsuits are covered under the provisions of the False Claims Act that prohibit retaliation for filing a qui tam action or for attempting to stop violations of the False Claims Act. The law covers company employees as well as independent contractors and agents.

The False Claims Act provides relief for an employee, contractor or agent who “is discharged, demoted, suspended, threatened, harassed, or in any other manner discriminated against in the terms and conditions of employment.”

Those who suffer such retaliation may sue for reinstatement, doubled back pay and additional damages, where appropriate.

Well I hate to tell him, it's quality over quantity. So his binge & purge routine is going to make him fare no better than Karen Carpenter.

But it doesn't in a whistle-blower suit. People are protected. But good try Short Branch. Looks like you got the short end of the stick again

So Short Stick, you're going to try a Software pivot now that you're being sued to high holy hell on your panels, huh? You're gonna get killed in that market too, little buddy. You don't know your @$$ from a fishing hole bumpkin

You don’t need to be a lawyer , you do know the false CLAIMS need to be proven and TRUE. the end.

Whistleblower actions arise when an employee claims to have been fired or otherwise penalized for having reported certain types of illegal or non-compliant activities within the company.

Hmmm do you know what a whistleblower action is? Obviously not.

I do remember when I worked for vikor that Scotty was always telling us to make sure the office staff checked the sti and uti panel so they could bill more for it. Also so we could get a higher commission out of it ( which we never got paid for)

So true. Maximize billable test, then don’t pay the rep due to less sales than required by an arbitrary number set by Stumpy.

And the number kept changing & was different for various reps. To say he plays favorites is the understatement of the decade.
