    Fleet rules! Best damn department at this company and they will provide the right direction for us to go. In the meantime: Sell like hell; always be closing; it’s all about the customer; go belly-to-belly with that customer; begin with the close in mind; so, dr., help me understand; get past the gatekeeper;

    Our team was told yesterday to have a covid testing kit on-hand in preparation to return to the field mid Feb to early Mar. Steve and Mike supposedly saying they plan to be more liberal in 2021 with returning to field... doubtful be we shall see

    I suspect those (expensive kits) will be distributed to those who are left.

    Yep. The kits are for the chosen ones.

    Maybe they will cut some of the overhead, hovering micro managers we call district business manager or whatever acronym it is.
    Talk about a mindless position of just forwarding emails and making sure u have your routing color coded...

    Especially since offices will be reluctant to allow extra visitors in their waiting rooms — that knocks out managers.

    I just got put on a PIP for activity during COVID, and my numbers are excellent. Good times

    What numbers are “excellent” as you say? Your Rx goals? If you are naive enough to think the PIP is from low activity during COVID then you are dumb enough to think you had anything tondo with your “excellent” numbers. There’s only 2 explanations-

    1- You aren’t liked by your manager
    2- You are riding coattails of a partner or of formulary

    It’s option number one. Just funny how it’s all about “behaviors” and don’t let anyone pressure you about your activity level.
