Waters HAS Product Development issues, UDIT PLEAE HELP

Another day done at Waters, and we are all hoping our NEW CEO fixes our Product Development issues. Mike Y, Ian K, Steve S have all paralyzed the entire team. They can’t give us a direction as they are afraid to fail. Udit, I hope you are reading this!!! Please fix it, remove the responsibility from them and let us do what we can. Soooo many projects held up due to bad management. When we look at how we are losing to the competition, it’s because of the LACK OF BALLS these managers have. Time to move on from the old boys network.....

 

Don’t forget about the worst leader there good old Simon. Never met anyone so focused on himself.
