a good sales person doesn’t arrogantly blow past guidelines set out by the prospect. Especially during a GLOBAL PANDEMIC.

You don’t have better ideas than anyone else wise guy, you’re just an idiot that doesn’t have to cultivate a long term relationship with these offices. You’re a schmuck who either hasn’t worked in the field in forever or you recently were in the field but not long enough to realize this yet bc you were so green when you were promoted as a manager.

The thought has without a doubt crossed our minds too to blow past the signs just like we did past the “no soliciting” signs when we sold b2b, except we realize these are stressful times for our clients & we could permanently burn a bridge.

You’re welcome, maybe you learned something today!

I think we can all agree we are all sales people here. The moral question we are all faced with every day is we can, but, should we?

hahhahaa this is awesome! So you are admitting that you have poor skills in hiring since we aren’t true salesmen? How about the sales women? They just don’t count you f#cking biggot!!!!

Jokes on you buddy. Can’t say I know of 1 rep who agrees with what’s going on at this company right now. Top performers or not. Moral is at an all time low which I shouldn’t need to point out.

I keep in touch with my friends who have left this company & other specialty reps I have met over the years. Newsflash: supernus covid policies are so far from the norm that some of the more tenured pharma reps (probably your age) have told me if word got out about this our company would be in big trouble. It would make a great expose article.

    Pound it Sally.

check the rest of these boards. They are filled with whiny little snots just like you who don’t want to work, but still ant to get paid.

Same song on each. “ I can’t believe they want me to work”. “it’s ruining my relationships” “it’s so unsafe”.

honey, Covid is over now that cities are opening back up. Put on two masks and do your job!

Covid is not over. If it was, we wouldn’t have to wear masks. You’re an idiot. Shouldn’t you be on a ride day with a rep right now helping them bring value to their offices? Yet this is how you choose to spend your time. Why? Simple... You. Are. No. Help.

thanks for having my back teammate!
that person who claimed covid is over is a total idiot! So far from being over bud. But it’s ok, we just taught you one more thing (eyeroll).

the “covid is over” dude is definitely on one!

whiny little snot? Who’s the one begging every week for fake ass success stories and who’s the one who waddles in after us while we roll our eyes to the secretary who gets ready to play her part in the act we have to put on for you while you interrupt everyone’s business and bring no value. You must feel so accomplished in life knowing that no one likes you and you’re worthless. Go ask your zd what to do next because you’re so clueless it’s shocking you can even tie your shoes by yourself.

The RD’s are just doing what is expected of them by the company. What’s more concerning is why is the company denying that there is a global pandemic happening? We literally are the only company that is 100% back in the field. A lot of my offices are shocked by our companies choices.

VV would have never allowed this. Culture dies when leaders leave.

Agree. But there seems to be this one douche on here trying to pick fights and act like he’s holier than thou. It seems all the new rd’s, zd’s or those filling in as a zd, are extremely challenged in how to be leaders. Aside from that this is a cultural problem that starts at the top. The company isn’t what it used to be and the only reason more reps haven’t left yet is because we are still in the middle of a pandemic. Supernus will have a big problem down the line if they can’t fix the morale here. Hint - start with your “leaders”.

agreed. Things have never been the same and we are further and further away from that culture.

Oh Please! You were and remain entry level Pharma reps. We hired you with zero experience, trained you to do a job for a period of time and you have effectively hit a wall with what you can produce.

if you don’t think we can’t hire a bunch of hungry newbies to do the same, you are in for a big surprise.

If you think for a second that our offices will tolerate you canning us and sending in a new rep YOU ARE CRAZY. Good luck with that.
