Action Required: BMS Sales Management = Professional Politician

    This is an incontrovertible fact that Executive Leadership needs to immediately address:

    We have a homogeneous, politically "professional" sales management team in CV that needs cleaned out.

    Sales management is stale, managerial in style with unacceptably, low risk behavior. Essentially, 95% use a "protect yourself" behavior filter in all their actions. Disturbingly, sales management lacks genuine, high intellect business horsepower. They also possess little creative force to demonstrably move our prescription business in current and soon to be, future competitive landscape. Given that our sales management has us "behind" in many respects; we're at risk. Healthcare change impacting small molecule sales teams will accelerate exposing and magnifying deficiencies in companies like ours.

    Simply put, we need many new, young blood, diverse, driven, less expensive sales leaders in BMS sales management. There is low risk as the "old guard" is in fact, "old guard" of themselves as a professional politician in D.C.
