The IT "transformation" is a cluster fuck. Ww are all confused on what we are supposed to do and leadership is quiet. The business doesn't care. I see no change in my area and I predict that by the end of the year we will go back to working as before and never speak about it again.
Transformers... take time. be patent. this is a wonderful simplification, easier to get things done focus on value all will be so much better keep reaching for the north star just wait you will see big promotions for those who believe The studmeister has a plan 2022 is going to be great!!
