some of this may be negative but lots of the comments here are just the truth. Maybe if the company was more transparent and accepted feedback better people wouldn’t be on here.

 

We are tripping over one another in vaccines. There is nothing to do but make fake phone calls. Give us packages

 

The company has never been able to take constructive feedback. That is part of the problem. From what I am reading asking for a package may not be all that it once was. Heard they have made a few changes. I am actively interviewing and can't get out of here soon enough! Best of luck to all. Peace!

 

Alway has been an issue in the past and now, to many GSK reps. In vaccines I thought it would not be an issue. Colleagues told me vaccines was different. It use to be different in vaccines, what changed is when other divisions downsized or folded, those reps and managers/SLL, especially management- brought along the one size fits all stupid mentality. Yes, to many reps in the VBU but as long as sales dollars support it their will be to many of us.
