Exact keeps firing folks for no reason. I miss JV! He was solid.
Money hungry and looking to save a few dollars. Buying more companies and screwing sales folks with payouts. Morale is low here. Only thing keeping folks here is stock which is falsely inflated.

    Madison sucks..........

JV the AM was not fired, and I always enjoy working with him. I don’t work FOR him. Who are weirdos who go to cafe pharma to stir up trouble?

The biggest issue with this company is that the legal and compliance team (MK) is determined to squelch innovation and decision making and they assume that the commercial team is a bunch of criminals. If a compliance mistake is made there is rarely an opportunity to learn from the mistakes, you will be shown the door. It’s unfortunate that some talented individuals have lost their jobs here recently.

It’s pretty disappointing. I’ve called MK a few times with legitimate compliance questions, and it typically takes a couple of weeks to even get a phone call back, if at all. But, God forbid, you like the wrong post on LinkedIn - she’ll be all over you the same day. She’s too busy playing social media police than actually trying to work with the field to find solutions to issues. Maybe we need more people in the Compliance department, or maybe she just needs to quit focusing on stupid shit and start trying to work with people who have real questions.

Lunch policy is absurd. Of course receptionists and MA's want free lunch it's literally part of what many are promised when hired by doctor's offices. Do they think that 9/10 of MA's want to listen to a product presentation during their lunch break? They want to make a plate and take it with them while they jump in their 2011 Hyundai Elantra and go to CVS to get 2 Red Bulls and an XL Baja Blast from Taco Bell. It's honestly a disservice to reps who are trying to drive business to put such arbitrary restrictions in place. These people need to get a clue

It’s just another example of compliance not knowing or caring about what we do in the field. Like it’s even possible to feed part of an office and not all of it. It’s the dumbest fucking rule I’ve ever seen. But, MK doesn’t care nor will she ever push to review it to help find a solution.
