Here we are again with half the winners being well deserving and the other half the same people recognized year over year. If this was based on sales I would think that’s fair. However, with the award based on subjective input from your manager it really is an butt kissing contest and how much your manager goes to bat for the rep. Already spoken with half on my team and this recycle of same people when so much good work is being done is completely demoralizing and pretty much everyone is feeling like why even bother.
