Solid post with legit insight. Yes Aussies need to completely overhaul CPL starting from the top. They need to hire an outside consulting company to provide feedback on where the problems persist.

Right out the gate they will realize Bobby and 90% of the VP’s do nothing. They could replace with a monkey that would produce better results.

John is a CPA and has no clue what he is doing. He runs each region off of antiquated excel sheets that are inaccurate due to his algorithms. Bobbie has no clue and is lost. He plays favorites and does not hold people accountable especially the lab and John.

"Make sure everyone has a copy of the comp plan" Then they go on to discuss all sorts of unwritten rules that are both ambiguous and subjective.
