COVID crisis and Daily Call Requirements

    Way to take care of your sales employees Elanco. We are the only animal health company now being asked to make 7 calls per day in person. Why would anyone risk their personal safety for a company that cares so little for their employees? We could be let go next week. But go and expose yourself to covid daily for Elanco. Right. Covid is worse than it’s ever been. It is a legal issue to ask your employees to risk their own lives Elanco.

    But wait, you can do Veeva Engage instead. It will be easy to schedule 7 every day throughout the year...

    When are people going to start realizing Elanco doesn't care about or value it's employees. If they valued their employees I would love for them to explain the recognition they "paid" to their top performers in 2020. They put their names on the screen for 30 seconds and move on!!!?? That's it? That's how you treat your top performers what about the average ones. What a joke!

    On your topic OP. We have to do 7 veeva engages a day because Elanco doesn't trust us. And that's ok because the feeling is mutual. We don't trust elanco either.
