The question is why do you care and why do you not know this? Do customers care? Take a look at our marketshare...#1 for a reason

hospitals don't care about coatings that really have no proof, purchasing makes the decision and rebates and market share drives the decisions. Unfortunately for the competition, Bard has the market share and has some technology that is proprietary, they have effectively locked out much of the competition. It's also why they don't need to pay tons of money to their reps, just need to maintain things and keep the pressure on the reps to load the shelves.

Cost of change is high, so easier to collect the rebate/bribe - Angio D has no market share and no great products and not enough reps

BD is the big fish in the small cess pool of vascular access

Are you under that Bard Access Reps don’t make much money? It is the most lucrative division within Bard. Top reps made over 750k last year.

You mean mutliple reps makes 750k? Not sure I believe that. Are you talking on their w-2? Or
Does that include some stock they won’t collect and the expense reports they submitted? And since commissions for November and December are Paid in the following year as are bonuses what does a calendar year look like?

what does the average rep make over two years is the question?

when you have a low base and a target comp of 180, it means more than a few reps are living off of their base if you have more than 1 rep at 750

With an 18-20 percent turnover, who actually stays at Bard?

Ha - if you are so knowledgeable about what the reps in this division do and do not make, why are you the one asking questions? It is hands down one of the most lucrative medical sales roles. Management knows how to incentivize reps with increased commission percentages for focus products and lucrative cash prizes for spiffs on new product launches. Majority of reps are making 300k and up. You would be lucky to even be considered for a role like that
