Let go of the turkey situation. It's gone and will most likely never come back. Be thankful you are still employed. Go to the free thanksgiving dinner in your area and volunteer and just see how many people don't have anything. You can eat there free and no coupons accepted.

Remember how we laughed about that stupid Butterball coupon, but really we felt that the company kinda cared about us? Those truly were the good old days. Even though things are really shitty here, medical device sales are changing rapidly. Unfortunately, KCI is circling the drain. I am thankful to be employed, but embarrassed by our lack of focus and direction. Dr. Jim really had a good thing going, and I miss those days. I feel like we are just chugging along, one day at a time, waiting for the next step. Hey, at least we have jobs (I guess). Happy Thanksgiving, y'all!

I don't understand the "at least we have job" mentality. You deserve what you put up with. KCI might not be a huge positive on your resume but you can always practice your interview skills and work somewhere else that makes you feel valued. If you don't think good jobs are availabevyou are either lazy and have not put forth a true effort or you truly hit your ceiling. I was there. I was lazy. They sent me packing and did me a huge favor. That place sucks but it does not suck elsewhere
