Can anyone understand the new ICP for the 2nd quarter? Ive been in this industry for a long time and its the most ridiculous plan Ive ever seen. If you are in an established territory you will make money but if youre not, get ready for a crappy bonus.
You mean the activity tracker? We haven’t had a real ICP since q4 2020, event that was farcical. 2 detail and samples calls 2 detail only with sample calls 120 minimum to qualify honestly I don’t even read it anymore it’s a joke my head hurts. Wait for q3 need 35 working days of minimum before 9:30 am detail and sample calls and after 4:20 detail and sample calls to qualify for any part of the ACTIVITY TRACKER COMPENSATION, call it the ATC.
Please tell me this isn’t true about next quarter’s icp? Is this a reliable source? If they implement an icp like that they’ll loose the few good reps they have. Good rep or bad rep, no one likes to be treated like a third grader with a hall pass. Good reps came here to drive business, make money, and win p club, not chase signatures and call times. This is sales, not a factory where you punch in and out. Tell me this is not true….
I like the factory analogy but this is actually FEDEX drop samples as quickly as you can and make sure to go too another office as quickly as you can!
