When responsible companies pulled reps out of offices for fear of spreading COVID, here’s how one Director dealt with the safety concerns.

When was that?

 

It was posted internally on Workplace in June. I work for AZ and also had to send in a Weekly report saying how many f2f calls I had each week. Also had my manager ride with my in JULY in a RED COUNTY!
As other companies pulled reps, AZ said “safety first” while posting videos like this and then asking me week after week why i had lower call average than the rest if my team.

-My guess is it’s resurfacing now because many of us were told in our year end reviews we did not make enough face-to-face calls or had call averages below the team.
