I’m thinking about taking a position as an Associate because long story short this seems like a good company to work for. What I really need to confirm though is is the ASSOCIATE a legit sales job? I know there are ok guarantees of becoming a Specialist, and I’m ok with that for now. I’ve been a top performer at other sales organizations and will do well here, but I need to know if an Associate is a credible sales job I.e. do you own the number, can you sell it to potential future employers in a resume, etc.?

    Thanks

How do assoc get promoted? There are no stern answers in interviews. What is the difference of TRA and TRS?

    There is no formal process.

What one associate rep does could be completely different than another.

I’ve watch associate reps be told they will work x territory and then 3 months later be told they have to cover y territory 3 hours away.

Simply put, they hired way too many people. There are too many reps in a market that will start to shrink.

Do not get on a sinking ship.

BG started as an associate rep 40 years ago. Now he’s jockeying for the CEO spot.

    Amazing! That could be you!

You just need to compete with the 200 other associate reps…..

You will be asked to masturbate into a tissue as part of the interview process.
