Predictive Health Diagnostics PULS Test

This company has recruited many reps working for other laboratory companies to secretively promote the PULS test for several years after their partnership with Cleveland Heart Labs failed. They try to get successful lab reps to work “on the side” to promote their PULS test which many doctors report false positives.

They lie about total comp big time!

 

Who doesn't? Every company says their average comp is actually what the top reps are making.
Nothing new there. It doesn't seem like the best job, but for some it's at least a job.

 

I agree. They are full of crap about their pay range at goal. I have talked to a couple of people that work there and the average total compensation is less than 90K. Much less than what the recruiter and sales manager are saying. Also no commission just a salary. Run away!

 

Did they ever say how the commission was supposed to be calculated?

 

They don't pay commission. They pay a salary and can increase it as necessary.

No they don't and the expectations are sky high. They are on you all the time to hit unrealistic numbers.
Poor leadership.
