Is AH out of VA? RS and AH need to go - they have screwed VA up - ran off good reps - AH is a piece of shit that will suck the penis of corporate - sold his soul. I hope he gets a new job picking up trash cans and eating shit for nurishment that piece of shit. I am throwing a party that he is being demoted - but he is still working? Abbott will not admit defeat. That pharma heavy handed model did not work. And they lost Sentara to MJ again. Good bye AH - maybe Metallica need someone to shine thier shoes.

Wow! That was harsh - but true. I saw that post on the internal site - why post if the DM is still in the position? Fishy? Moving to different position? Some of the management/sales trainers have their heads in the old pharma models that disappeared in the 1980s - the high pressure tactics - the scripts. Pure bull. How many changes are they going to make? Downsizing everywhere when they had killer years the past couple years. Upper management trying to get those bonuses while screwing the rest of us.

I was looking at a position in corporate in Ohio - after reading these threads I am unsure if Abbott would be a good fit for me. If they are this harsh - so hateful especially to their own people - seem very unstable.

Working in field sales - it can be harsh - the East Coast Regional Managers are harsh - very harsh - Z in the Northeast has been a monster - and RS in the Southeast is mentally unstable. If you are not working in sales -you might be okay - they will treat you like a human. Only sales people are treated horrible.

The problem has always been the RM’s. Issue is they all get stock options and get a pension when they retire . Their role is to make the territory priductive at what ever the cost or expense. Reps are expandable these days. The idea of sales loyalty is gone when your product is handed out for free by MA’s and Nurses. Good luck reps your competition is not MJ or Gerber - its Amazon & Wall-Mart.

AH left the company after being demoted to an OSS from DM - what a sad state of affairs - after how many people quit - were forced out - retired on medical to get away. How bad are the numbers in VA? Now RS is going to marketing - she gone. JH her replacement is a very good guy - and I hear the new DM in VA is laidback and gets things down. When is AN going to realized their 80s pharma model of heavy handed tactics do not work everywhere. AH put in his notice - I feel so happy for VA that this piece of shit is gone - RS is gone - someone in corporate saw the lawsuits coming. Thank God.

I saw AH after he put in his notice. He told me he had secured a position with the Costco company. He will be working in the electronics department. I asked him how he would be compensated and he said they use Mother's Survey. True story

I worked for that piece of shit. He was a liar, a monster and an evil person. I don’t know how he could look at himself in the mirror. The games he played with peoples lives was horrific. He and RS were a team of terror. How a company could allow such behavior from management was beyond me. They both should have been sued for workplace harassment and Abbott as well for allowing it to happen. My hope is that they both rot in hell.
