Full day ride alongs are a thing of the past. Some managers want full days and think it’s cost affective to sit in a car all day if they can’t go in with reps. Stay home...hurts business and physicians do not want want to see you anymore. You are supposed to be leaders-some of you are not self aware.

Correcting the grammar of others is also very revealing. Usually done when the perpetrator has no other argument to bolster their point of view.

Generally, these people tend to hide behind bureaucracy and procedure as they have nothing innovative or original to contribute.
