Any reason why Endo pays so little?

The rep selling the competition to me is making 40-50k more in base and calling on the same Dr's and if anything my product is more specialised.

Also any idea on how to apply for other jobs as frankly getting paid that much less is kinda insulting. Just linkedin and medreps or are there other avenues as well?

It is the business model at Endo. The bonus structure used to pay 50% at 50% of quota. The bonus potential was way above average BUT not impossible to achieve like most pharma companies. The benefits were great and you barely paid anything. The Low base was not a big deal most have 6 weeks PTO. Now the squeeze is on bonus $$. Endo has to pay for a new drug launch and law suit settlements. Low volume slackers are now rewarded with $$$ and the rest of us scrape by or kiss ass to get quota relief.
