A true legend has left the building. Thank you for giving 20+ years of dedication to all of us. A leader that told you he cared and showed you he cared. Someone who you didn’t have to decode. You knew where you stood because he told you. Directly. He held you accountable and that was ok. You worked hard because you wanted to, for him, for your team.
